Hailey and Justin Bieber are "closer than ever" after the health problems they have faced in recent months.
Hailey Bieber talked about the adventure of her husband, Justin Bieber, with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, which caused paralysis on one side of his face.
"She is OK, she is OK," she said during an appearance on "Live With Kelly & Ryan" on Wednesday, June 15.
"It simply came to our notice then. It's really a weird situation that happened out of nowhere. "It takes time to recover from this," he continued.
Kelly Ripa noted that the couple is already facing several problems, referring to the admission of Hailey Bieber to the hospital in April for a small blood clot in her brain caused by a transient ischemic attack, or "mini stroke".
"You get over it," Ripa joked. "So maybe that means you have clear skies ahead and smooth sailing."
Ryan Seacrest then asked Hailey who he's in her relationship with Justin Bieber who takes better care of the other, with the model replying: "I think I'm more disciplined. I am really above all. But (Justin) took good care of me. He slept with me in the hospital when I went through my condition. It was really there for me. "
Hailey Bieber added that despite the horrific health problems that have arisen in recent months, his relationship became stronger in the intervening period.
"The good thing about the whole situation - what I went through, what he went through - is that it really binds you. I feel we are closer than ever. It brings us really close. "That is what I will keep from all this," he explained.
Hailey Bieber appeared on the same day on the show "Good Morning America", where she repeated her comments about her husband's condition.
"She is OK. "It's getting better every day," he said of Justin Bieber.
"It feels much better and obviously it was just very scary that it happened by accident, but it will be completely fine and I am grateful that it is fine," he said.
"The support was amazing, only from fans, friends, family. Each person sent wishes, advice, recommendations. "It was really, really amazing," he said.
Justin Bieber confirmed that he is recovering with a post in the stories of his Instagram account on June 13, where he also pointed out the decisive role of his faith in God.
The 28-year-old singer revealed that he suffered "complete paralysis" on one side of his face due to Ramsay Hunt syndrome on June 10.
According to the Mayo Clinic website, Ramsay Hunt Syndrome occurs when the shingles virus affects the facial nerve near one of the ears. In addition to the painful herpes zoster rash, Ramsay Hunt Syndrome can cause facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear.
