will.i.am: Britney Spears has 'lots of unreleased music'

will.i.am called Britney Spears an "idea factory".

According to will.i.am, Britney Spears has plenty of unreleased songs at her disposal.

Speaking to TMZ Live about his new song 'Mind Your Business' with Britney Spears, will.i.am explained why fans have good reason to expect more music from Britney Spears.

"I can tell you from this experience of completing 'Mind Your Business,' that he sent me some ideas, saying, 'Hey, put this in that.' And then I said, “Yo, Britney, that idea you just gave me is actually a new song. This is absolutely crazy,'" he recalled.

will.i.am also claimed that Britney Spears has an "idea factory" in her head.

“I can only imagine that Britney has a wealth of songs she's done with different producers. I'm pretty sure he and Pharrell probably have some unreleased stuff," he said.

"It must have. "No artist who is so prolific, who is such a factory of ideas, has an abundance of songs," he noted.

The Black Eyed Peas frontman added that Britney Spears is still very much into music and is sure that whenever she decides to record new material it will be "amazing".

"The moment she goes into the studio and focuses on a song, you know it's going to be overwhelming, because there aren't many people who have been through what she's been through and can help people who are in similar situations," he said.

“Maybe he'll want to dig into the past or maybe, maybe he'll just want to make a fresh start, but whatever it is, it's going to be amazing. I know,” he continued.

While will.i.am didn't reveal if fans can expect more collaborations from him and Britney Spears – as 'Mind Your Business' is the fourth song they've released together overall - he did share why they decided to release the song.

"We live in a time where not only celebrities' privacy is violated, but everyone's privacy is violated, hence the lyrics," the musician explained, noting that the song isn't just about Britney Spears' years-long run-ins with the paparazzi. and the violation of her privacy.

"Just like any person on social media who hasn't read the terms and conditions they put on cookies, you're having your privacy invaded and that shouldn't be happening," will.i.am said.
