The Prince shoe collection will be presented at an exhibition in "Paisley Park"

"Prince used his shoes as an extension of his own artistic nature."
Prince was undoubtedly an idol of music, influencing a generation of musicians, but his impact does not stop there.

He also left a lasting mark on fashion, thanks to his imposing style and revolutionary attitude towards gender and sexuality.

Now, an exhibition at his mansion in "Paisley Park" is ready to offer a more detailed look into his iconic wardrobe (at least part of it).

Entitled "The Beautiful Collection: Prince's Custom Shoes", the exhibition pays tribute to the huge collection of shoes of the late Prince.

More specifically, more than 300 pairs of shoes and skates of the musician will be presented, many of which were specially made for music videos or live performances.

Some of the shoes that stand out are a custom pair of Versace heels, designed as a gift by Donatella Versace herself, in collaboration with shoemaker Cos Kyriacou and a pair of blue boots with hand-painted clouds, worn with a matching suit from music video for "Raspberry Beret".

There are also award-winning footwear, such as diamond heels from Prince's accession to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and a pair of blue, green and gold reminiscent of the 1985 American Music Awards, where he sang "Purple". Rain »
