The new movie starring Selena Gomez will be produced by Drake.
Selena Gomez is set to star in Petra Collins' new psychological thriller "Spiral", about a former social media addict.
The two women will work together again after their meeting in the much-discussed music video for the song "Fetish" by Selena Gomez in 2017, which was directed by the Canadian artist, photographer, model and director.
Drake will also co-produce the film with Future the Prince, who is working with the rapper on HBO's "Euphoria."
According to "Deadline", the film follows a former influencer whose addiction to social networks "literally dissolves" her body.
The story and original script were created by Melissa Broder and Petra Collins, while revisions have been made by Phoebe Fisher.

Selena Gomez recently completed the filming of Hulu's "Only Murders In The Building" series, starring alongside Steve Martin and Martin Short.
