Polo G shows his diversity as an artist.
The 22-year-old rapper Polo G has released his long-awaited new album entitled "Hall Of Fame" through Columbia Records / Sony Music.
The album includes collaborations with a list of all star artists including Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Roddy Ricch, Pop Smoke, DaBaby, Rod Wave, Young Thug, G Herbo, Lil Durk, The Kid Laroi and Fivio Foreign.
"Hall Of Fame" also introduces Scorey, the first artist to sign with Polo G, Capalot / ODA Records, who is featured on the song "Broken Guitars".
"Hall Of Fame" includes the historic Polo G song "Rapstar", which topped the Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks.
"Rapstar" is only the 22nd song in history to debut at No. 1 on the Hot 100 and remain there for two consecutive weeks. The single has already gone platinum in the United States, having recorded over one million sales and has garnered over 400 million streams worldwide.
Speaking about the album, Polo says: "My goals for 'Hall Of Fame' were to make sure I could show my diversity as an artist and improve my sound so people could hear something I had never done before. before".
"I'm not looking for entries, but this time, I had very good songs and along with my favorite artists it is certain that this work will be on my list of best albums," he continued.
"Hall Of Fame" succeeds for Polo G the excellent album "The GOAT", which since its release in May 2020 until today, has collected over 3 billion streams and has gone platinum, while also being in the top positions of charts.
"The GOAT" remained on the Billboard 200 for over a year, as did Polo G's first album, "Die A Legend".
The Polo G was included in the XXL "Freshman Class in 2020" list of the brightest new stars of the hip-hop scene and also secured a place in the "30 Under 30" list of "Forbes" for 2021, while being featured as "Future Black History Honoree" of "FORE TV" for February 2021.
