Megan Thee Stallion has an "unbreakable bond" with Dua Lipa, with whom she collaborated a few months ago on her song "Sweetest Pie".
The 27-year-old rapper admitted in the American edition of "Vogue" magazine that she was not sure if he would match the 26-year-old pop singer before they started working together for their collaboration on "Sweetest Pie", which was released in March.
"When someone is so wonderful and successful, you do not know what to expect," Megan Thee Stallion said in an interview with Dua Lipa in the prestigious fashion magazine.
"Many ladies can be divas. But Dua is just so beautiful. I felt like a familiar person. "We have an inseparable bond, it's not even something we need to talk about."
"Sometimes people have the wrong idea about me. But as soon as you meet me, you say: “Oh! "This is the man," he said.

Megan Thee Stallion first expressed her interest in working with Dua Lipa in June 2021.
"Someone asked me about Dua Lipa, I love Dua Lipa, it's so fiery. "I really want to do a song with Dua Lipa," he said in a video at the time.
The comment caught the attention of the British singer, who wrote in the stories of her Instagram account: "I love you Megan Thee Stallion. Let's do it!".
The two music stars started announcing their collaboration on "Sweetest Pie" in February and the song was officially released in March.
In an interview with "Vogue", Dua Lipa's friend and co-creator of the song, Clarence Coffee Jr., revealed that the pop star created her song on "Sweetest Pie" in less than an hour.
"I wish more people could see what it's like to be an artist in a room. "He has incredible ideas, he is a great songwriter and he is a beast with melodies", he commented.
