Madonna: Rare photos from the era of "Like A Virgin"

A 200-page album with rare photos of Madonna from the era of "Like A Virgin".

In 1985 Madonna made her first trip to Japan. She had just released her "Like A Virgin" album with co-producer Nil Rodgers and traveled to Tokyo to promote the album.

Photographer Kenji Wakasugi undertook to photograph her for Playboy magazine. In a new book entitled "Adore" released by NJG, snapshots from that photo of the "queen of pop" have been included for the first time.

The 200 pages of the book include 10 sheets of shorts, 324 frames along with 111 large black and white portraits that testify to the eternal power of Madonna as a star of the music industry, but as a symbol of fame, self-empowerment and sexual liberation, as she poses with Vivien creations. Westwood, Jean-Paul Gaultier, jewelry, crosses and trademark "boy toy".
