LP releases new album "Churches"

LP's new album "Churches" is now available.

In the last year and a half, the singer and songwriter has collected over 2 billion streams and released 5 singles from the album which exceed 80 million streams / views in total.

Along with the release of the album, LP gives us the music video for "Conversation", a song produced by Nate Campany (Tove Lo, K.Flay, Christina Aguilera) and Kyle Shearer (Becky G, Tove Lo, Carly Rae Jepsen), also known as Valley Girl.

As for the song, the LP says: "In 'Conversation' I talk to myself trying to convince him to stay in the relationship I was in. "I realize that our views are simply different and I hope we could have a 'discussion' to fix things and I'm just optimistic that everything will change so simply."

The LP comments on the music video, which was directed by Stephen Schofield: "I would say the video looks like that of 'Angels'. I liked the concept that the two people who will do the "discussion" will be me. To make two different appearances with one not listening or not understanding and banging her head on the wall, that basically happened. It was a completely spontaneous move to show that I am constantly having such conversations in my mind, with myself. The good and the bad".

Exclusive producer of the enchanting album "Churches" is Mike Del Rio (Kylie Minogue, XAmbassadors, Skylar Gray).

In addition to songs produced by Mike Del Rio and Nate Campany, "Churches" also includes contributions from the production by Isabella Machine Summers (Florence + The Machine), Lars Stolfer (Health, Local Natives, Cold War Kids ), the two-time Grammy Award winner Dan Wilson (Adele, Pink, Leon Bridges, James Bay) and Dan Nigro (Olivia Rodrigo, Carly Rae Jepsen, Sky Ferreira).

The master took over the award-winning Emily Lazar (HAIM, Maggie Rogers, The Killers, Vampire Weekend, Coldplay).

Mike Del Rio said: "This album was made at a time when human contact was on hold, so subconsciously, we imagined music as a sweet experience beyond those dark moments. It was created with a lot of love, sensitivity and friendliness, with the hope that all this will translate into a job that everyone can enjoy. As fluid as the identity of the LP, the music we create always aims to reflect its philosophy, with messages of love and contact as central themes ".

The first single from "Churches", "The One That You Love", was first televised on "Late Night with Seth Meyers", and has garnered 24 million views on YouTube and 21 million streams on Spotify. The second single, "How Low Can You Go", has 7 million streams on Spotify, 6.7 million views on YouTube.

The video for the third single, "One Last Time", co-starring actress and model Jaime King, garnered more than 16 million views on YouTube and 8.9 million streams on Spotify.
