Jessie Ware Returns With 'Free Yourself'

Get ready for a very exciting musical chapter from Jessie Ware as we get a first taste of her new songs with 'Free Yourself' released via EMI Records / Universal Music.

"Free Yourself" is a divine disco track, a feel-good anthem about positivity and self-empowerment, full of adrenaline and danceable mood.

"Don't stand there waiting all your life / For the night to come and find you / The clock's ticking, baby, now's the time / For someone to come and hold you," Jessie Ware sings.

The new song is co-written in music, lyrics and production by Coffee Clarence JR and legendary British producer Stuart Price, giving a first idea from Jessie's fifth album.

"'Free Yourself' is the beginning of a new era for me," says Jessie Ware.

"I'm really excited for people to have this song for the end of summer, to dance, to feel no inhibitions and to feel joy because that's how I feel recently because I can tour again and sing again. Have fun, set yourself free!” he declares.

'Free Yourself' also caps off a fantastic summer for Jessie Ware, who brought the disco to new dates on her 'What's Your Pleasure?' tour, as well as headlining Glastonbury's Park Stage and a show – milestone for her career in "Primavera Sound".

In October, Jessie Ware will be in the United States to accompany Harry Styles on five dates of his 'Love on Tour' at Chicago's United Center.

As her tour draws to a close, Jessie Ware has returned to the studio to finish her next record after 'What's Your Pleasure?' of 2020, which received excellent reviews and was included in the first places in several media outlets (Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, Clash, The Guardian, USA Today) lists of the best albums of that year.
