The summer is expected to be hot thanks to Jennifer Lopez.
Jennifer Lopez has revealed that her new album 'This Is Me… Now' will be released this summer.
The singer's fans expressed their excitement on social media after her appearance at Spotify's Stream On event, where it was revealed that her new music will be available on the streaming platform.
"My upcoming album 'This Is Me... Now' will be out this summer," Jennifer Lopez said while talking about the service's new Countdown Pages feature.
“Yes, you heard it here first. I am very excited. Spotify is starting to expand these pages to more artists around the world, allowing them to apply their own personalized strategy to each album,” he added.
Jennifer Lopez was excited to make the announcement, but has yet to reveal an exact release date for 'This Is Me... Now'.
Jennifer Lopez's new album is a follow-up to her 2002 album 'This Is Me... Then' and is, like that work, influenced by her relationship with Ben Affleck.
In addition to the title track, 'This Is Me… Now' will include songs such as 'To Be Yours', 'Mad in Love', 'Dear Ben Pt. II' and 'Hummingbird'.
Jennifer Lopez then explained the meaning of 'Hummingbird' to her and admitted that she identifies with that particular species of bird, "but more than anything, every time I see one, I feel like it's a sign from God that everything It will be ok".
In a previous interview with Vogue, Jennifer Lopez said that she will share in her new album "This Is Me... Now" some unknown personal aspects of her life.
"People think they know things about what's happened to me in my life, about the men I've been with – but they really have no idea and a lot of times they're so wrong," she noted.
"There is a part of me that was hiding a side of me from everyone. And I feel like I'm at a point in my life, finally, where I have something to say about it," Jennifer Lopez said.
