Ed Sheeran plans to join the songs of his next album into a single cinematic story.

Ed Sheeran is reportedly planning to shoot up to ten music videos for his new album.

The 31-year-old singer is set to release his sixth album in 2023 and plans to shoot a series of "epic videos" later this month to accompany the record.

Ed Sheeran has been recording in his home studio in Suffolk, England and intends to use the British countryside and local coastline as a backdrop for the music videos.

According to The Sun newspaper, the pop star will shoot "up to ten videos" within a single story and are said to be some of his most creative work yet, including scenes where he falls off a cliff and appears as a monster. .

Songs from his new album include 'Salt Water', 'Boat' and 'Dusty', the music video of which sees him making breakfast with his daughter Lyra.

Ed Sheeran, who has two daughters with wife Cherry Seaborn, two-year-old Lyra and five-month-old Jupiter, will deal with his experiences as a father in his new songs.

A source told The Sun on Sunday's 'Bizarre' column: "Ed is really excited about his new material and is looking forward to using his imagination with the help of the video's creative team."

"Of course, becoming a father has been an amazing experience for him, so he's put those thoughts into his lyrics, as well as many other ideas," he continued.

"It's the first time he's shot a series of videos as a single story, but he thinks it's going to be something special," the source said.
