Ed Sheeran: His new album "will surprise and comfort the world"

Ed Sheeran's new album is expected to be released later this year.
Ed Sheeran's manager talks about the British artist 's long - awaited fourth album.

According to Stuart Camp, Ed Sheeran's new album "will surprise and comfort people".

"There are some common Ed songs, but there are also some that are more adventurous in sound," Camp said in an interview with Variety.

"When you are a well-known artist at the level we are at, you can play a little dangerous with the first single, because you know you will have an exhibition. "We knew we could take a small risk, although it then balances when you are extremely scared of this small risk two minutes before the song comes out!" He described.

Stuart Camp said "Bad Habits" is not necessarily representative of the sound of Ed Sheeran's upcoming album, but acknowledged that "it is indicative of a different approach to many songs".

Although he declined to give an exact release date for the album, the musician said: "There will be an album this year, but I can not tell you more than that. "(Ed Sheeran) will hit hard with another single and album in the fall."

Stuart Camp also announced that plans are underway for a new tour by Ed Sheeran, revealing that the 30-year-old singer and songwriter plans to give concerts in North America "most of 2023".

"We will be touring, if we are allowed, for two to three years and more records may be released during that period," he noted.

"If we were touring for so long, I would imagine that two albums would be released in this cycle. "Because this record has taken a long time, we really have a lot of songs, so the next record could be released relatively quickly," he explained.

"If he wanted to, he could literally release an album with acoustic ballads tomorrow!" Stuart Camp told Ed Sheeran.
