Celine Dion: Her concerts in Greece and Cyprus are permanently canceled

Celine Dion continues treatment for her health problem.

The concerts that Celine Dion was scheduled to give in Greece and Cyprus in the summer of 2023 are finally cancelled, after two years of postponements.

As Celine Dion continues to recover from the health problem that plagues her, she announces the postponement of the European leg of her "Courage World Tour", which was scheduled to take place from February 24 to April 11, 2023, and the cancellation of eight concerts scheduled for in the summer of 2023.

Among these canceled concerts of hers is the concert she was supposed to perform in Greece and at the Olympic Stadium in Athens on June 9, 2023, as well as in Nicosia, Cyprus on June 3, 2023.

Celine Dion's concerts scheduled from August 26 to October 4, 2023 will take place as usual.

Before the outbreak of the pandemic, Celine Dion had performed the first 52 concerts of her "Courage World Tour" in North America and stopped her tour in March 2020.

Since then, Celine Dion has been undergoing treatment to recover from severe and persistent muscle spasms that prevent her from performing live. Her medical team is constantly reassessing her condition and continuing her treatment.

The European leg of her tour will begin on March 6, 2024 in Prague and conclude on April 22, 2024 in London.

"It hurts me deeply to announce that I will not be ready to resume my European tour in February," Celine Dion said in a message.

“I miss you…seeing you…being on stage…singing for you. I always give 100% of myself in concerts but this time I can't perform as I would like. To see you again I have no choice but to focus on my health and have faith in my full recovery," he added.
