Camila Cabello is happy to see "Bam Bam" a success on digital platforms as it is a testament to her friendship with Ed Sheeran.
Speaking to Variety, Camila Cabello said she wanted to work with Ed Sheeran on her new album "Familia" because she knew she "could do well" with him.
"Ed has been a good friend of mine for a long time and he is someone I respect very much as a songwriter. "He is always looking for the best idea and does not talk too much - he is extremely direct and so am I," he explained.
"There is no selfishness at all and this is the best way to work," he added of their character in the collaborations.
Camila Cabello also referred to what she has learned as an artist since coming to the fore as a member of Fifth Harmony when she was 15 and revealed that she learned the biggest lesson recently, stating that she pursued a policy of banning "selfishness" as she prepared her third her album, "Familia".
The 25-year-old singer said that she enjoyed this tactic because it allowed her to be her "truest self" and intends to use it in the future in all her work.
Although she will be more honest about what she thinks, she noted: "This does not mean that all music should be positive. I want to explore the darkest parts of my soul and this should have a healing character ".
Camila Cabello also stressed that she no longer cares what others think
"Before, with the first two albums, I said, 'What do you think? What are you thinking;". Now I do not send my music to so many people anymore. It does not matter if you like it. "If I hate it, why am I out there promoting it?" He said.
It also means that if a song "can not support", it will not be released.
