BTS' Jungkook Collaborates With Latto On 'Seven

The first teaser from the music video for Jungkook's new single.

BTS's Jungkook has revealed that he is teaming up with rap star Latto on his new song 'Seven'.

The BTS member announced the news by releasing the first music video teaser for 'Seven', which does not feature Latto. Despite this, her name is included in the title of the video.

"Seven" marks the first collaboration between Jungkook and Latto.

When news of the collaboration broke, Latto tweeted: "A thumbs up to the Army," along with three emojis of the number "7," a reference to the rapper's favorite number "777" and the title of her second album.

Latto will follow up another successful year with her collaboration with BTS's Jungkook.

"Put It On Da Floor Again" featuring Cardi B reached No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and Latto recently won Best Female Hip-Hop Artist at the 2023 BET Awards.

Starring Han So-hee as his on-screen partner, the music video teaser for 'Seven' sees Jung Kook engaged in a heated dialogue with her while they are at a romantic restaurant.

A chandelier then falls from the ceiling, upsetting the rest of the customers, while Jungkook and Han So-hee continue to argue.

“The weight of the world on your shoulders / I grab your waist and ease your mind,” Jungkook sings in his sultry voice over the sound of the guitar.

'Seven' is set to be released on Friday, July 14, and will coincide with Jungkook's appearance at the 'Good Morning America' Summer Concert Series in New York on the same day.

Jungkook's last solo release was 'Dreamers', a song for the 2022 FIFA World Cup soundtrack which was released in November 2022 and to date has amassed nearly 314 million streams on Spotify alone.
