Kylie Minogue hopes 'people will love' her new album.

The 54-year-old singer released her latest album, Disco, in 2020, which topped the charts in Australia and the UK, but was unable to promote the album with a tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nevertheless, she wants to keep the same style for much of her upcoming 16th album.

Kylie Minogue told The Sun's 'Bizarre' column: 'Because I didn't get to tour for 'Disco' I'm going to put a lot of disco tracks on there. I hope people love it. So far, I'm really moved by the response to 'Disco'."

A few weeks ago, various reports suggested that Kylie Minogue, who has enjoyed huge success in the UK but only had sporadic hits in the US, was in talks for a £100 million deal to perform in Las Vegas, following in the footsteps of by Celine Dion, Britney Spears and Adele.

A source said: “While Kylie may not be hugely famous in the US, she's a huge draw for the Brits. She has a loyal gay audience and is expected to gather them easily."

“Kylie visited a few venues over the summer and numerous meetings have taken place since then. He doesn't have to think about it. Easy money and no need to tour. All parties involved are extremely excited about this possibility," the source claimed.
