The countdown to Ed Sheeran's new song begins.
Ed Sheeran has announced the title of his new song, which will be released on June 25.
"Bad Habits" will mark the first official solo song of the British singer and songwriter after four whole years and the extremely successful album "÷" (Divide) of 2017.
However, it is recalled that Ed Sheeran released in 2019 the multi-collection album "No.6 Collaborations Project", which contained 15 collaborations of the singer with artists for whom he has admiration and appreciation.
"The moment you realize that your first solo song in four years will be out in a few weeks," wrote Ed Sheeran, posting a photo of himself showing his agony.
He then revealed that his new single is titled "Bad Habits" and shared his cover, in which he is disguised as a vampire.
"I've been working in the studio for the last few months and I can't wait to hear 'Bad Habits,'" said Ed Sheeran.
"I always want to challenge myself and my music to take new directions and I hope you hear that in the new single. "It's nice to be back!" He added.
The 30-year-old singer spoke about his new song in a recent interview with BBC Radio 1.
After noting that it would be "really different", he revealed that he used a live band for his recording, something he had not done in his previous releases.
Ed Sheeran will sing "Bad Habits" live for the first time in his online concert on his TikTok channel on Friday, June 25, at Ipswich Town's Portman Road stadium for UEFA Euro 2020.
