Full of emotion and laughter was Adele's first appearance on stage in four years.
Adele burst into tears and admitted that she was "very anxious" to return to the stage this weekend in London.
The 33-year-old singer returned to her hometown to film the upcoming TV show "An Audience With Adele" on "London Palladium", which will be shown on ITV and the experience was extremely moving.
A source told The Sun: "Adele was playful and fun on stage, but you could tell she was under pressure. "It sounded better than ever, but there were some wrong song starts during the night, whether it was due to technical problems or her stress."
"But it was a completely incredible event, there was not a single dry eye," he added.
Adele sang the recent single "Easy On Me" and presented for the first time some songs from her new album "30", which will be released on November 19.
"I'm so anxious," Adele told the audience, who had not appeared on stage since after her concerts at Wembley Stadium in London in June 2017.

"I am still working on how magical the night was. "Adele was in top shape, the night had tears and laughter!", Alan Carr wrote on Instagram.
Adele also performed the hits "Someone Like You", "Hello" and "Rolling In The Deep".
Famous names such as Emma Thompson, Naomi Campbell, Mel B, the coach of the England national football team Gareth Southgate and the singer's partner, Rich Paul, were identified in the audience.
"An Audience With Adele" will air on British television station ITV on Sunday, November 21, two days after the release of "30", the singer's first album after "25" in 2015.
