ACRAZE, who swept the charts with his hit 'Do It To It', is back with new single 'Believe' featuring Goodboys.
"Believe" is an instant mood-boosting song designed with a cinematic vibe. It's inspired by the chorus of 'Toca's Miracle', a mashup of Coco's 'I Need a Miracle' and Fragma's 'Toca Me', two big European hits from the 2000s.
ACRAZE's new single is a fresh message full of hope.
As ACRAZE himself states: "On the road to success, you definitely hear "no" more often than "yes". What I could do best was to believe in myself despite the obstacles. “Believe” captures how I felt at my worst moments. I hope you enjoy the song as much as we enjoyed making it,” he adds.
ACRAZE first performed 'Believe' live during their summer tour. The American DJ and music producer has performed 50 concerts in 19 countries and performed at festivals such as Ultra, Tomorrowland and Sensation, among others. He also appeared alongside DJ Snake at his concert in Paris in front of 80,000 spectators.
The music video for "Believe" is a compilation of the best memories from ACRAZE's summer shows.
The Goodboys duo, who feature on 'Believe', are Joshua Grimmett and Ethan Shore. Their biggest hits include 'Piece Of Your Heart' and 'Lose Control' featuring Medusa and 'Goodbye' featuring Imanbek.
ACRAZE's "Do It To It," a remake of girl group Cherish's song of the same name from 2006, was released in August 2021 and won Dance Song of the Year at the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
The single went platinum and gold in a total of 14 countries and reached No. 15 of the Billboard Global 200 but also in the Top 20 in the Top 40 category of American radio. Additionally, it climbed to No. 1 of the International Airplay Chart in Greece.
"Do It To It" has garnered over 500 million views on YouTube with its music video and over 500 million streams on Spotify.
ACRAZE's fans and/or collaborators include stars such as Tiesto, Diplo, DJ Snake, The Chainsmokers, Steve Aoki, Chris Lake, Zedd and Martin Garrix.
August 2022 saw the release of a series of official remixes of 'Do It To It' by Hugo Cantarra, YOOKIE, Tom & Collins and ACRAZE himself. Previously, Tiesto, Subtronics, Andrew Rayel, Sub Focus and Rated R, among others, did their own remixes for the song.
The Grammy Awards website singled out ACRAZE in a recent article about house music's move into the mainstream, "without renouncing its values, including uniting people on the dance floor as equals."
The text makes the observation: “Few artists in the history of dance music have risen to the top as quickly – or as virally – as the Staten Island-born sensational artist nicknamed ACRAZE… He's simply broadcasting on different waves, blazing new trails at breakneck speed ».
