Travis Scott: Announces New Album «Utopia»

"Utopia" will be Travis Scott's next album after "Astroworld" in 2018.
Four billboards that appeared outside of Indio, California, seem to herald Travis Scott's new album "Utopia".

One of the four billboards reads "PSST» .. ", another reads" Are you looking for Utopia? " and another writes "Wrong way!". The fourth billboard bears the logo of Travis Scott's company, Cactus Jack, confirming the rapper's involvement.

Due to their proximity to the Coachella venue, the festival of which Travis Scott was to lead before the deadly tragedy at his own Astroworld Festival, Variety speculates that the billboards may also be a commentary on the fact and points out that the signs have been placed in the opposite direction from the festival site.

A spokesman for Travis Scott declined to comment on when the album is expected to be released, although HipHop24-7 cites an anonymous source as saying that "Utopia" will not be released before June.

Like everything else in Travis Scott's program, the album was released after the tragedy of the "Astroworld Festival" on November 5, where ten people lost their lives and hundreds were injured.

Travis Scott kept relatively low tones in the months that followed, although sources say that his representatives fought to keep him on the "Coachella" program.

More recently, sources reported that Travis Scott would appear during Kanye West's appearance in the upcoming "Coachella".

Although he was one of Ye's prospective replacements at Coachella after leaving this year's program last week, it is possible that Travis Scott was heading North America's biggest music festival a few months after his tragedy. Astroworld Festival "was rather unlikely from the beginning.

"Utopia" is Travis Scott's fourth album. It will be followed by the 2018 "Astroworld" and the "Jackboys" collection that followed the following year.

Travis Scott released several songs in the intervening period. A few hours before the tragedy of the "Astrowold Festival" he presented the singles "Escape Plan" and "Mafia", which remain his latest releases to this day.
