Imagine Dragons: Documentary about the band's history and evolution

The documentary will be released on Disney+ in July.

Imagine Dragons are gearing up for the release of their new documentary 'Imagine Dragons Live in Vegas'.

"Live in Vegas" is a film that chronicles the journey of Imagine Dragons, focusing on a special concert in their hometown of Las Vegas.

The documentary will primarily feature footage from the band's electrifying concert at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas last September.

The concert footage will be interspersed with both archival and new interviews with the band members – Dan Reynolds (vocals), Wayne Sermon (guitar), Ben McKee (bass) and Daniel Platzman (drums).

The documentary will trace the evolution of Imagine Dragons from their humble beginnings playing in dive bars and casinos along the Vegas Strip, to their current success and headliners at the city's colossal stadium.

"Imagine Dragons Live in Vegas" will premiere on Hulu and Disney+ on July 14.

The film was directed and produced by Matt Eastin, who has previously worked with the band on several music videos.

Imagine Dragons burst into the public consciousness in 2012 with their debut album 'Night Visions', which quickly climbed to the top of the charts in both the US and the UK and went platinum in both territories.

However, Imagine Dragons' success and meteoric rise didn't happen overnight. It was the result of hard work, continuous effort and a multitude of experiences that shaped them.

In recent years, Imagine Dragons have been tirelessly touring around the world promoting their latest two albums, 2021's 'Mercury – Act 1' and 2022's follow-up 'Mercury – Act 2'.

Their schedule is full of appearances at North American festivals, while a European tour will follow that will take up the rest of the summer and will also stop in Greece.

In September 2023, Imagine Dragons will perform a major concert at the Olympic Stadium in Athens on September 6, 2023, as part of their "Mercury World Tour".
